During the pandemic, the U.S. Surgeon General, FEMA, and the CDC designate Blood Donation to be an ‘Essential Function.’ Donations are tested for COVID-19 antibodies to help identify potential convalescent plasma donors.
We are grateful to Bridges to Community, our parish outreach group, for hosting parish Blood Drives twice a year, usually in January and July.
