The Power of COMPASSION, KINSHIP  & TENDERNESS

Join us Tuesday, January 12 at 7:30 pm (virtual via zoom) as Fr. Greg Boyle shares what he has learned in three decades working with marginalized populations at Homeboy Industries – that love is the answer, community is the context, and tenderness is the connective tissue.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR INTEREST! ALL ZOOM SEATS HAVE BEEN FILLED AND REGISTRATION IS CLOSED FOR THIS EVENT.
REGISTRANTS WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL WITH THE ZOOM LINK ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT.

Fr. Greg Boyle, S.J. is  an internationally renowned speaker and the founder of the most successful gang intervention, rehabilitation, and re-entry program in the world. In 1992 he started Homeboy Bakery as a job training ground; this evolved into Homeboy Industries which now employs and trains former gang members in a range of social enterprises.

Fr. Greg is the author of the New York Times bestsellers: Tattoos on the Heart: The Power of Boundless Compassion (2010) and Barking to the Choir: The Power of Radical Kinship (2017). His new book The Whole Language: The Power of Extravagant Tenderness will be available in 2021.

Follow-up events include:

How Can We All Try a Little TENDERNESS?
Hosted by MaryAnne Stanislaw + Terry Jelley
Tuesday January 19 at 7:30pm
