The holiday season can be incredibly challenging for those who have lost a loved one. To offer support, suggestions, and comfort, our Bereavement Ministry is hosting a gathering on Saturday, November 16, 9:00 am-11:00 am in St. Nicholas Hall. We warmly encourage you to join us if you feel it would be helpful. This is a time to share, reflect, and connect with others who understand.
Join us for the White Mass on November 23 at 5:00 PM at St. Martin of Tours. This special Mass honors doctors, nurses, and all healthcare professionals, offering prayers and blessings for those who serve in the medical field. Come together as a community to support and give thanks for their dedication and service. Hosted by the Diocese of San Jose, this event is open to all who wish to pray for and with our medical professionals.
The first Sunday of Avent is the first day of the Liturgical year and marks the beginning of the season for preparing our hearts and homes for the arrival of the Christ Child. Sometimes, the rush and bright lights of contemporary Christmas celebrations can push Advent to the background, but lighting the Advent Wreath together each evening reminds us of the Hope, Faith, Joy and Peace that Christmas brings.
Following Mass, we will have a Gluhwein celebration at St. Nicholas Hall. Gluhwein is a traditional German warm mulled wine! Our Open House will showcase our newly remodeled Front Office.
If you are musically talented please come and share your gifts with our community by participating in our Christmas Concert. Families, children, soloists and all are welcome to join us. The concert will be followed by refreshments in the parish hall.
We invite all musically talented individuals—families, children, soloists, and ensembles—to join us in glorifying God through song at our Christmas Concert. This is a beautiful opportunity to use the gifts God has given you to bring joy to our parish community as we prepare our hearts for the birth of Christ.
Following the concert, we will gather in the parish hall for fellowship and refreshments. If you would like to participate you can sign up here: https://forms.gle/zeHDXV15Xsbn6pM7A.
