Ad hoc committees are formed to host receptions before or after special event.  These include speakers, retirements and Easter Vigil to name a few.  For more information contact Lidia at the parish office, [email protected].

Coffee and donuts are a favorite after the morning Masses.  Contact Candy Berenguer ([email protected]) in the office to help with this ministry.

On December 8, 2024 the combined choirs of all the Masses and some guests from the Los Altos Community provide a concert of seasonal music followed by a reception in the larger parish hall at St. William.

A gathering for lunch and socializing on the first Thursday of the month, four times a year.  Menus are coordinated with themes. Social time starts at 11:30 at St William Hall.  Appetizers and desserts are pot luck.  Beverages and meal are provided by volunteers under the direction of our chefs Tom Shoup and Ron Pelligrini or are catered.  Cost is $10 a person.  

The next Lunch Bunch is scheduled for February 6, 11:30am - 1:30 pm at St. William Hall. The lunch will be Hearty Winter Fare: appetizers, starter, main entree, beer, wine, soda and pot-luck desserts.
