Early in December the combined choirs of all the Masses and some guests from the Los Altos Community provide a concert of seasonal music followed by a reception in the larger parish hall at St. William.

Ad hoc committees are formed to host receptions before or after special event. These include speakers, retirements and Easter Vigil to name a few. For more information contact Lidia at the parish office, [email protected].
A gathering for lunch and socializing on the first Thursday of the month, four times a year. Menus are coordinated with themes such as corned beef and cabbage in March to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day. Social time starts at 11:30 at St William Hall. Appetizers and desserts are pot luck. Beverages and meal are provided by volunteers under the direction of our chefs Tom Shoup and Ron Pelligrini or are catered. In the charge is $10 a person. Reservation information is posted in the bulletin.
More than a dozen people volunteer to assist with food preparation, table setting, decorations, and clean-up. Contact the parish office to help.
The whole community gathers for Saturday evening Mass and barbeque at St. William at the beginning of the school year.
Coffee and donuts are a favorite after the morning Masses. Contact Candy Berenguer in the office to help with this ministry.
