Pray
During the 40 days of Lent, travel around the world from your family room. Read and watch the Stories of Hope of communities in Guatemala, Rwanda and Bangladesh where CRS is at work. Reflect and pray with your family on how you can help those who hunger. Pray the Stations of the Cross with CRS using this booklet or videos.
Fast
Prepare simple, meatless meals each Friday and explore other cultures from your kitchen. Through the stories, you’ll learn about the principles of Catholic social teaching—and ways to put them into action during Lent and beyond.
Give
All during Lent (Ash Wednesday 3/2 through Holy Thursday 4/14) collect your Lenten monetary sacrifices into your Rice Bowl box, shoebox or jar, to donate at the end of Lent. Donations may be turned in via online, at mass or mailed to the office at the end of Lent.
